Your personal data will be duly kept for the time necessary to be used according to the purpose for which they were collected. 

Personal data in relation to candidates' CVs will be kept for a period of 1 year. 

Personal data will be stored, applying the appropriate security measures to ensure their accuracy and integrity, for as long as their processing is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or as long as you do not exercise your right to erasure or restriction of processing.

In these cases, we will keep your personal information blocked, without any processing and for the periods provided for by law, in order to meet any possible liabilities and to be able to prove compliance with our legal and contractual obligations. Subsequently, AMBULÀNCIES TOMÁS, S.L.U. will definitively delete your personal data.

Your personal data will be processed by AMBULÀNCIES TOMÁS, S.L.U. data processors with whom the corresponding contracts have been concluded, which include specific obligations of confidentiality and diligent management of personal data in accordance with the legislation in this area.
